What is included in my payment?
Guided checks, photos and notes, your initial snag report and later repair checks for one property. You send the report to your builder; they do not need a SnagAction account. Repairs are arranged with them, not by SnagAction.
What can I try for free?
The guided demo uses sample items and does not save your work. The own-report preview lets you try up to three of your own snags in this browser. A paid property project is needed to save your inspection online and issue the full PDF.
Is this for me if I am not an inspector?

Does this replace a professional inspection?
