What can I try before paying?

Can I edit the report and share it with contractors?
Yes. You review the observations and requested actions before issuing, then send the PDF by email or your usual messaging app. Recipients need no account. You record the reinspection outcomes; a separate contractor portal is not included.
Does it replace my professional judgement?
No. SnagAction records and reports your inspection. It does not inspect the building or certify compliance. Check the sample against your own reporting requirements.
Can I cancel Solo?
Yes. Use your account page to manage billing or request cancellation. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription to renew.
