Do I need inspection experience?
Homebuyers can follow visual room prompts. Professionals can capture snags directly. SnagAction does not find hidden defects, certify safety or replace a qualified inspection.
What happens after I send the report?
Arrange repairs with your builder or contractor. Return to the same issues, compare the evidence and record what is fixed or still needs attention. Marking an item Fixed requires a completion photograph.
How do I cancel Solo?
Use your account page to manage billing or request cancellation. Cancel before the three-day trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
